Quinoa nach Packungsanleitung in Salzwasser kochen. Hackfleisch in einer Pfanne in 1 EL heißem Öl krümelig braten. Aus der Pfanne nehmen.

Brokkoli waschen, in Röschen trennen und dann in Scheiben schneiden. Mais abgießen. Paprika putzen, waschen und in Streifen schneiden. 1 EL Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen. Brokkoli ca. 5 Minuten anbraten. Paprika zugeben und ca. 3 Minuten mitbraten. Dann den Mais zugeben und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika würzen. Quinoa abgießen und zusammen mit dem Hack unter das Gemüse mischen. Abschmecken
