Zubereitung

Brokkoli waschen und Röschen abschneiden. Paprika waschen, Kerngehäuse entfernen und Fruchtfleisch in Spalten schneiden.

Zucchini waschen und in Stifte schneiden, Zwiebeln schälen und in Spalten schneiden.

Kräuter waschen, trocken schütteln und hacken.

Pfeffer
Zubereitung

Gemüse und Hähnchenstreifen in eine Schüssel geben, mit Oliven-Öl vermengen und die Kräuter zufügen.

Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.

Alles in eine Auflaufform oder auf ein tiefes Backblech geben und im Backofen ca. 15-20 Minuten garen. Dazu schmeckt zum Beispiel Brot.
